Ingredients:
- 1 lb brussels sprouts halved, with ends trimmed
- 2 tsp SLOMIXX®
- 2-3 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Note: you can make your own by reducing balsamic vinegar to glaze consistency
Instructions:
- Toss brussels in 1 TBSP olive oil and the SLOMIXX®
- On a Blackstone® outdoor griddle on medium heat, or with vegetable basket on a BBQ
- Cook brussels until desired consistency, turning occasionally about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add balsamic glaze stir to coat and voila perfectly cooked every time.
